Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to health and safety reasons, consumables such as teas, herbs, and bath items, as well as personalized or custom orders, are final sale and cannot be returned. If you would like to reorder due to damages, please contact us as soon as possible to allow timely resolution. Charges may apply for product redoing. If a refund is deemed necessary by Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red and its staff, please allow a processing period of 14 to 30 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order placement for consideration.

Custom & Event Services

Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red offers custom baskets, corporate gifting solutions, event coordination, and event favors. Custom orders require a nonrefundable deposit, and final balances must be paid before shipping, delivery, or the event. Rush orders and short notice events may incur additional fees. By approving a custom design or event, you accept responsibility for final details, including spelling, personalization, and selected products. Once approved, no changes or refunds will be granted.

Substitutions & Seasonal Variations

Due to seasonal availability and supply chain factors, we may substitute products of equal or greater value without prior notice. Substitutions are chosen to maintain the theme, quality, and value of your gift basket or event. Acceptable payment methods include debit and credit cards, checks, cash, and ACH transfers, Zelle and Cashapp. For custom orders or event services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the order, with the remaining balance due before delivery, shipping, or event execution. All estimates and quotes are provided for informational purposes and may change based on product availability, seasonal factors, or changes in order specifications. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes.

Refunds for non custom, unused, and undamaged products are processed at the discretion of Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red. Consumable items, personalized, or custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refund. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 to 30 business days, and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling of custom orders or event services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Short notice cancellations may incur additional fees. Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if timely payment or deposits are not received.

Liability and Equipment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any items or equipment provided to them. Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red is not liable for damage caused by the customer, acts of God, or unforeseen public interference. For custom orders and event services, Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red ensures that products are delivered in good condition, but cannot be held responsible for preexisting conditions or third-party equipment used at events.
