Orders, Pricing & Payment

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Pricing, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout via approved payment methods. You authorize Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red to process payments, including applicable taxes and shipping costs. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you. Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to health and safety reasons, consumables (teas, herbs, bath items) and personalized or custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If you would like to reorder due to damages, please feel free to contact us as soon as possible in order for us to have this completed in a timely manner. Please understand that there may be a charge for the redo of your product. If a refund is deemed necessary by Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red and it’s staff, please allow a processing and handling period of 14 to 30 business days for all refund transactions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order placement for consideration.

Custom & Event Services

Herbal & Spa Baskets by Red offers custom baskets, corporate gifting solutions, event coordinating and event favors. Custom orders require a nonrefundable deposit, and final balances must be paid before shipping, delivery or event. Rush orders and Short notice events may incur additional fees. By approving a custom design or custom event, you accept responsibility for final details, including spelling, personalization, and selected products. Once approved, no changes or refunds will be granted.

Substitutions & Seasonal Variations

Due to seasonal availability and supply chain factors, we may substitute products of equal or greater value without prior notice. Substitutions are chosen with care to maintain the theme, quality, and value of your gift basket and event. Our goal is to preserve the integrity of the customer experience even when substitutions are necessary.

Gift Messages & Personalization

We allow customers to include personal messages or request personalization for certain products and events. We reserve the right to reject or edit messages that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe on third party rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted personalization is accurate and free of errors.

Intellectual Property
